I believe that the patterns we surround ourselves with should do more than just decorate; they should tell a story. My passion is to find the hidden magic in nature and translate it into beautiful, hand-painted designs that bring a touch of soul and elegance to everyday objects.
My Journey
My creative journey started in the world of graphic design, where I spent years crafting book covers. While I loved working with stories, I felt a growing desire to create my own visual worlds from scratch. I found myself burning out, losing the creative joy that had drawn me to design in the first place.
That's when I rediscovered my love for painting and illustration through my iPad. I fell in love with the process of building patterns – creating tiny, intricate universes that could live on fabric, wallpaper, or the pages of a beloved notebook. This transition allowed me to find my own voice and reconnect with the joy of making art.
My Process & Philosophy
Every pattern in my portfolio begins as a hand-drawn sketch in Procreate. I specialize in a soft, painterly watercolor style, focusing on rich textures and delicate details. I believe in the power of a complete, thoughtful collection, where each hero pattern, coordinate, and blender work together in perfect harmony.
My goal is always to create designs that are not only beautiful and on trend, but also timeless and versatile for my licensing partners.
